Contracts Manager Jobs in California

Essential skills for a Contracts Manager include excellent negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of contract law and regulations. They should also have a solid understanding of the Utilities industry, including its regulatory environment and the contract needs specific to utilities. They should ideally possess a certification such as the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association.
