Southeast Colorado Power Association (SECPA), formed in 1937, is a not-for-profit cooperative electric utility serving all or parts of eleven southeast Colorado counties. SECPA is a member-owned rural electric cooperative with 51 employees that provides electric service to over 10,500 AMI meters at 55MW peak. The 13,000 square mile service territory covers all or parts of 11 southeast Colorado counties with 5700 energized line miles (14.4kV, 24.9kV, 69kV). There are 3 satellite office/warehouse locations in Eads, Lamar, and Springfield Colorado.
