About the role

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a dynamic, experienced, highly motivatedSoftware Developerto join the Billing development team supporting Billing and Payment systems. As a member of the team, you will participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

You will be an integral member of the project team that is responsible for the integration of billing system with other internal/external systems while enhancing our billing and payment capabilities. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines would make a great addition.

• Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. - Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. - Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. - Implements software solutions following best practices.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• 2+ years experience in developing and supporting solutions using J2EE/Java, Spring boot framework, SOAP/REST API
• Informatica and Mule experience a bonus
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile development tools, such as GitLab and Rally.
• Must have strong problem solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills with ability to communicate at multiple levels and details appropriate for the audience.
• Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance products and billing systems preferred.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment preferred.
• Experience working on large IT projects with vendor engagement.
• Experience in working both independently and in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision.

Base Pay Range:

$76,800-$105,600

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
