Our client, a leader in the facility management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Columbia, SC

What's the Job?

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment functionality.

Conduct preventative maintenance and manage inventory control for facility services.

Inspect, calibrate, and clean HVAC systems and associated equipment to maintain high performance levels.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

3+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.

EPA 608 Type II Certification.

Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
