We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to provide top-tier technical support and service for our equipment and customers. This role is responsible for field service operations, problem-solving, customer training, and ensuring equipment performs to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners, end users, and field technicians.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer site.
- Train customers on operation, service, and maintenance of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct testing and calibration of electrical and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blue prints.
- Travel up to 50% to support urgent service needs.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant field service experience preferred.
- Strong electromechanical and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays when required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
