Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment performance (vehicle provided)
  • Conduct regular inspections, calibrations, and cleaning of HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  • Record operational readings and make necessary adjustments for proper equipment functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
